To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • It must be returned with original packaging
  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Unboxing video is a must to return the product.

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color or design variations
  • Used or damaged products (after delivery)
  • Items without original packaging

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement product
  • Exchange delivery timelines are similar to standard shipping

For Prepaid Orders:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days after approval

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer
  • You will be required to share your bank details (Account Number, IFSC, Name)
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges may apply.
  • If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong product), we willΒ bear the return shipping cost
