We offer a 3-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- It must be returned with original packaging
- Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Unboxing video is a must to return the product.
β Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color or design variations
- Used or damaged products (after delivery)
- Items without original packaging
π Exchange Process
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement product
- Exchange delivery timelines are similar to standard shipping

For Prepaid Orders:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5β7 business days after approval
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Refund will be processed via bank transfer
- You will be required to share your bank details (Account Number, IFSC, Name)
- Refund processing time: 5β7 business days after approval

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong product), we willΒ bear the return shipping cost
